Life as a CEO or President is challenging and rewarding. At the same time, most CEOs find a sense of isolation. The best way to remove yourself from a sense of isolation is to run your problems and ideas by a sounding board of peers. Find out what he or she would do in your situation.

That is what Chief Executive Forum™ is all about. It is a group of company CEOs who regularly deal with the same type of problems and opportunities, sharing experiences and expertise with each other on a confidential basis.

Monthly Meetings
Each Chief Executive Forum™ group meets for a full day, once a month. The meeting starts with a tour of the host member's business. Following the tour the Chief Executive Forum™ group meets to hear a resource person discuss a topic of mutual interest. After lunch, the group shares concerns and problems in an advisory/peer group setting. Usually, 2 to 3 members will bring a detailed problem to the group for advice and input.

One-on-One Meetings
Members meet one-on-one with their chairperson between group meetings. At this time they focus on their personal needs and define issues the group could assist them with at the next meeting.

Membership Requirements

• Executive must be the CEO, President or President in Training and/or the key decision maker.
• Company is a non-competitor/supplier to current group member.
• CEO commits to attend the monthly meetings and one-on-one sessions with the chairperson.
